You're Invited

Alpha is a series of 9 sessions ran on Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm to 8:30pm for College parents & carers to explore life, faith & meaning together over a light supper in a friendly, open & informal environment. Alpha is free and everyone is welcome. Child-minding is available. Meetings are held in the Bayside Family Network Community Room (next to the Uniform Shop).

We are also providing free child-minding so please feel free to bring your family. Please let us know how many children and dietary requirements by clicking on the following link.

What to Expect

All sessions start with a time to connect, relax and build friendships over a light supper together.
The Alpha talks are designed to inspire conversation. They explore the big issues of life and faith, addressing questions like “Who is Jesus?”, “Why and how do I pray?” and “How does God guide us?” For a full list of session titles see below.

One of the most important parts of any Alpha: the chance to share thoughts and ideas on the topic in a group of no more than 12 people. There’s no obligation to say anything and there’s nothing you can’t say (seriously).

Come along!
